Der „klassische“ Handy-Nutzer schließt mit seinem Mobilfunkanbieter einen Vertag über einen bestimmten Zeitraum (meistens 12 oder 24 Monate). Bestandteile dieses Vertrages sind neben der Laufzeit auch der Tarif mit seinen Konditionen, eine monatliche Grundgebühr sowie eventuell anfallende einmalige Anschlussgebühren. In der Regel gehört auch ein subventioniertes Handy dazu, dass dann über die Tarifoptionen und die Gebühren finanziert wird und während der Vertragsdauer nur mit dem jeweiligen Anbieter genutzt werden kann (SIM-Lock).

Several ways to stay thin

It is not impossible to stay thin when you are willing to change your lifestyle. If you are in control of the food you eat, you are able to live healthy without a diet. Sugar infects your insulin level so be aware not to eat too much sugar and microwaveable food may be quick to eat but has also little nutritional value. So stop eating food which is not good for you to stay thin and get happier. By preparing your own meals every day and drinking plenty of pure water it is not necessary to eat junk food anymore. Getting lots of exercise is very helpful but being realistic about what you can achieve with your weight is also important. Yoga and pilates is a good way for extra toning. A diet which is low in fat and carbohydrates and clothing which encourages you to stay thin may be a good idea.

You may be proud if your old pair of jeans fits again after many years. The most of us cannot afford celebrity chefs like the stars but being careful by choosing your food is enough to stay in shape. So if you do not eat popcorn with extra butter and french fries day after day you will not have food cravings any longer. This has nothing to do with being size zero. You are able to eat a burger from time to time but if so do not ask for extra cheese. Maintaining your weight is easy if you eat healthy and if you do not add unwanted calories. Brisk walking for about 30 minutes can change the way you feel and is a simple exercise. Keep the record of your calorie intake and your weight will be under control.

There are more tricks which help you changing your lifestyle: Switch from white bread to whole wheat bread, start your lunch with a soup (so you will not overeat later) and do not eat in front of television. Implenting these secrets you will get positive results.
